      Allen McDonald, M.D., is Board

      Certified by the American Board of

      Orthopaedic Surgery and is a graduate 

      of the University of North Carolina, and

      Emory University School of Medicine.

      He completed orthopaedic training at

      Emory University Affiliated Hospitals

      and a fellowship in spinal cord injury at the Rancho Los Amigos Hospital in California. He has been an attending physician at Shepherd Center since 1981.

Dr. McDonald is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and a member of the Medical Association of Atlanta, the Medical Association of Georgia and the American Medical Association.
