The site features practical information, videos and resource links regarding brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke and multiple sclerosis, as well as tips for healthy living.

The site also offers sections on nutrition, respiratory health, home modifications and general community access with “how-to” videos and graphics. Shepherd Center’s caregiver guides and personal care manual are also available in eBook format for an enhanced reading experience.
