Medical Management Clinic

Program Description

Shepherd Center's Medical Management Clinic serves patients who have sustained a catastrophic injury. This clinic is designed to medically manage such problems as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and various other medical issues. This clinic is not intended to take the place of a Primary Care physician. It is to offer management of issues beyond the catastrophic injury needs.

Services Provided

The Medical Management Clinic at Shepherd Center offers:

Physician that is boarded in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Internal Medicine

Nurse Practitioner for follow-up with care and general health issues

Comprehensive laboratory for any needed testing

Affiliation with an inpatient facility for issues that require hospitalization
