The therapy is provided by a physical therapist with emphasis on reducing the symptoms of dizziness and improving balance and walking to help the person achieve their maximum level of independence.
Shepherd Center has developed a specialized Swallowing (Dysphagia) Program to meet the needs of people who have mild to complex swallowing problems. Swallowing problems may be the result of neurological injury/disease or direct trauma to the swallowing mechanism.
