

Stephen Sprigle is a biomedical engineer and physical therapist with interests in wheeled mobility and seating, pressure ulcer prevention, and assistive technology. He is a Clinical Research Scientist at Shepherd Center and an Associate Professor in Applied Physiology and Industrial Design at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Sprigle is the Director of the Center of Assistive Technology and Environmental Access (CATEA) and Principal Investigator of the Rehabilitation Engineering Research Center on Wheeled Mobility.
