Shepherd Center Video Upload Form

Shepherd Center is now on YouTube!

YouTube allows people to upload and share video clips on www.YouTube.com and across the Internet through Web sites, mobile devices, blogs, and e-mail.

Shepherd Center is posting a variety of its own videos to share the Shepherd experience, but we would like you involved as well.

We Want Your Video
If you have a video about your time at Shepherd that you created or video clips from outings, trips or therapy, we'd love to have them as part of our YouTube channel. To be a part of our site, upload your video to us and we'll post it to the Shepherd Center site.

How to Upload
To upload your video, please fill out the form below. Your video must be less than 10 minutes in length, be less than 100 MB in size and be in one of the following formats: .WMV, .AVI, .MOV, .MPG.
