Jacqueline Baron-Lee PhD, CPHQ, PMP

Jacqueline Baron-Lee, PhD, CPHQ, PMP, joined Shepherd Center in January of 2021 as director of quality and outcomes management. In this role, Baron-Lee oversees collection, dissemination and use of Shepherd Center’s outcomes information for quality.

Prior to to Shepherd Center, Baron-Lee worked at the University of Florida Health, where she was the quality officer in the Neuromedicine Interdisciplinary Academic and Clinical Program (NICAP). She received a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology and a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida.

Jacqueline Baron-Lee oversees process improvement initiatives throughout the hospital and serves as the Shepherd Patient Safety Officer. She also leads efforts to ensure conformance with Joint Commission and CARF accreditation standards.
