Chief Nursing Officer

Tiffany LeCroy, MSN, RN, CRRN, FNP-C, ACNS-BC, FARN, currently serves as the chief nursing officer at Shepherd Center. With over 28 years of experience in the field, Tiffany has dedicated her career to delivering exceptional care across the continuum of patient needs. 

Tiffany’s journey at Shepherd Center began in 1995, and throughout her tenure, she has held several key roles within the organization. Her extensive background includes positions such as staff nurse, charge nurse, clinical research coordinator, clinical nurse expert, nurse manager, and most recently, program nurse manager in the Brain Injury Program. 

She earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in nursing from North Georgia College and State University and completed a post-master clinical nurse specialist program at Georgia State University. Tiffany’s commitment to continuous learning and professional growth is evident through her board certifications as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Clinical Nurse Specialist, and Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse. 

Tiffany is a true change agent who embraces the ever-changing healthcare environment. She has successfully developed and implemented numerous programs at Shepherd Center, demonstrating her ability to drive transformative care. Additionally, she is widely recognized as an authority in brain injury care and rehabilitation, actively sharing her expertise through committees, workgroups, special projects, and presentations both within and outside of Shepherd Center. 

In June 2023, Tiffany assumed the role of Chief Nursing Officer, where she will continue to shape and lead Shepherd Center’s nursing department while championing excellence in program development, research implementation, and transformative care to enhance patient-centered outcomes.
