Gregory C. Mitchell, M.D., is a urologic surgeon who specializes in adult urology and treats patients ages eighteen and older. He is skilled in robotic treatments for prostate, bladder and kidney cancer, as well as minimally invasive treatments for kidney stones, lower urinary tract symptoms and erectile dysfunction.
After growing up in Atlanta and graduating from Georgia Tech, Dr. Mitchell earned an M.S. in Biology from Penn State and an M.D. from Tulane University School of Medicine. He completed his general surgery internship and urology residency at the Tulane University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. During his residency, Dr. Mitchell trained under world-renowned leaders in the fields of minimally invasive urologic surgery, endourology and men’s health. He also published several articles in medical journals, authored book chapters and regularly presented at regional and national meetings.
In his spare time, Dr. Mitchell enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, running, cycling, soccer and music.
