Elaine Chan, PharmD is from Alpharetta, GA. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The University of Georgia, College of Pharmacy. Her practice interests include ambulatory care and informatics. Elaine’s residency research project is “Safety and Efficacy of Natalizumab beyond 2 years of therapy”. She is a member of American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP), Georgia Society of Health-System Pharmacists (GSHP), and Phi Delta Chi. In her spare time, Elaine enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her cat, Mochi.
