Shepherd Center does not want to receive confidential or proprietary information from you via the Site. For all Submissions, you guarantee to us that you have the legal right to post the Submission and that it will not violate any law or the rights of any person or entity.

b. Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies. The Content may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Shepherd Center therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update the Content at any time without prior notice. c. Enforcement/ Choice of Law/ Choice of Forum. If any part of this Agreement is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not impact any other provision of this Agreement, all of which will remain in full force and effect.
11. Shepherd Center SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions
Shepherd Center provides High Availability SMS communications targeted at consumers, donors and healthcare professionals. SMS messages sent through our 96263 dedicated short code are sent by employees to our customers for notification of events, educational opportunities and/or operations announcements. Communications through our short-codes services are on an opt-in basis.
The user will opt-in to the short-code program via keyword (“SIGNUP”). Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies per user. Text "HELP” (Help must be bold) to 96263 for help. Text "STOP" to cancel.
You can cancel this service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 96263. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text "HELP" to 96263. After you send the message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service, as well as how to unsubscribe.
d. Participating Carriers
AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile and Cricket. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
