Adrianne Divito RN, CRRN

Adrianne DiVito is a highly experienced nursing professional, having worked at Shepherd Center since 1985. During her tenure, Adrianne has held various roles ranging from floor nurse, charge nurse, ICU nurse, and day program nurse to nurse educator. After serving for over 15 years as an independent care waiver program enhanced case manager, Adrianne retired in August 2022.  

However, her passion for helping patients and their families has motivated her to join the admissions team at Shepherd Center as an Access Case Manager.  In her new role, Adrianne assesses potential patients for admission and provides education to patients and their families, utilizing her extensive experience and knowledge.

When not working, Adrianne enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends and relaxing on the beach.
