Director of the mTBI Brain Health and Recovery Lab

Dr. Gore is a neurologist and biomedical engineer specializing in traumatic brain injury. He provides the overall vision and leadership for the mTBI Brain Health and Recovery Lab. He is currently the principal investigator on studies involving co-occurring TBI and substance use in military veterans, safe driving after a concussion, and characterizing post-concussion vestibular impairment. Dr. Gore also serves as medical director of Shepherd Center's SHARE Military Initiative and director of the Complex Concussion Clinic, and he is an adjunct associate professor at the Wallace H. Coulter Department of Biomedical Engineering at Georgia Tech and Emory University.
